How to Bring Your Friends

Summer is winding down, kids are back to school, and Fall is here! You’re going to be seeing other folks and your friends at the drop off and pick up line, the weekend tournaments, and at the inevitable back to school get togethers.

And pretty soon down the road, you’ll be seeing all of your friends at Halloween, Thanksgiving, and holiday parties!

And because you’ve been working so hard and have been so consistent at Hustle One Fitness, you’re going to hear things like…

“Whoa, I had to double take when I saw you!” 
“You look amazing!”
“Goodness gracious, I’ve never seen a healthier, happier, and more energetic person in my entire life!”

OK OK, maybe not those exact words, but there’s a 100% chance that exercise, nutrition, and “getting back into it” with the school year is going to come up among your friends and fellow parents (I call August Second New Year).

This time of year, I always get asked “How can I bring my friend?”

We absolutely love having you at Hustle One Fitness, and we’d love to have your friends here with us too.

If you do think that they would benefit from spending some time at Hustle One, here are a few options on how to get them sweating with us!

Option 1: Send them to the website – – and tell them to fill out any of the forms.
Option 2: Put them in an email with me! [email protected] and I’ll take it from there.
Option 3: If they want to know more about nutrition, send them to our website and they can learn more!

All of our new personal training and group fitness members go through our No Sweat Intro for onboarding. This no sweat intro is a face to face meeting (not a workout) so we can get to know them a bit better, and figure out what is going to be the best option for them moving forward.

After the No Sweat Intro, new members will go through one of our Fundamental options.

After the Fundamental sessions, we get them started with their workouts and get them on a consistent workout schedule!
