How To Be Successful with Nutrition

Tina has big goals to reach!

She is getting married later this year, and wants to look her best on her big day.

Tina has focused on her nutrition in the past, and saw amazing results. She has already proven to herself that she can reach her goals by focusing on her diet and nutrition.

When we announced our nutrition challenge at our West Ashley gym, Tina took advantage of the opportunity to start off 2022 on the right note! (Check out our Nutrition page here!)

Her main focuses were:

  • Eating adequate protein each day
  • Limiting senseless snacking
  • Being aware of when she was stresses from work, and making sure she had healthy snacks available.
Because she is so committed, Tina lost 8lbs and 2% body fat in 4 weeks!

We are so happy for Tina and her great success!

She will continue to work one-on-one with our nutritionist to keep pushing towards her goals of looking her best on her wedding day!
