Congratulations to April’s Member of the Month: Van Smith!
We are thrilled to announce Van as member of the month for April!
Ever since Van began at our personal training studio in West Ashley back in August of 2023, he has been non-stop. We believe he’s only missed 1-3 sessions since then!
Every week, 3-4 times per week, you can catch Van working out in his small group personal training sessions.
Van has a 1-year old daughter. He manages his family’s construction company. And he still finds the time to commit to himself and the gym multiple times per week!

When did you join Hustle One Fitness?
I believe it was back in August of 2023!
What is your favorite thing about working out?
How good I feel after completing a tough workout.
What do you do when you are not at Hustle One Fitness?
I love spending time with my family and friends.
When/How did you realize Hustle One Fitness was the right fit for you?
Day 1 after my first Fundamentals session! It was after the functional training period. I hadn’t worked out in a long time and getting through that with the help of the coaches was eye opening refreshing. It was hard but so worth it.
What is your favorite cheat meal?
A good Cheeseburger!
What is your favorite movement?
Deadlifts!
What advice would you give to someone just getting started at Hustle One Fitness?
Keep pushing and stay consistent. It’s hard to beat the feeling of conquering a workout, especially when doing a workout is the last thing you want to do.
