Ever since 2019, we have understood the importance of creating sustainable, consistent habits.
We understand that habits will not be created overnight.
Embarking on a new fitness, gym, and nutrition routine may seem like a lot all at once.
That’s why we have created our 6-Week Client Journey to set you up for success:
Day 1: No Sweat Intro
Our free No Sweat Intro is our opportunity to learn as much about you as we can. We want to learn about your goals and motivations, and ultimately help prescribe you the best workout plan for you. Once we know your goals, we are best able to help you get started.
In this session, we help set the Baseline with a few key measurements that we will test 6 weeks from now.
Workouts 1-4: Fundamentals
The first 4 workouts at Hustle One are 1-on-1 personal training sessions.
These workouts help you get started on your new fitness journey at your own pace, and they help set the foundation for your future program. Fundamentals is also out chance to help weave the gym into your daily routine and schedule. We set up your sessions, and will help hold you accountable to the workout days and times.
Day 14: Your Custom Plan Begins
By the end of your first 2 weeks, you have done your No Sweat Intro, set the baseline with measurements, and have completed your first 4 Fundamental sessions. Now is when your workouts become completely custom to you and your goals. The movements will get progressive, and the intensity may increase a bit. But, no worries- a trainer will always be right there with you.
Day 21: First Check-in
We are 3 weeks in! By now, you should have a ton of workouts under your belt.
Your energy should be increasing, and you should begin feeling better all the time.
You have probably noticed your sleep improving, and you are making better nutrition choices.
Day 21 is when we like to check-in and make sure your progress is going well. We will sit down with you, chat about your wins, talk about your struggles, and give you any more help you need to continue to see amazing results. Often times we mostly talk about nutrition, and can give you advice to help you see better results in the kitchen.
Day 42: 6-Week Check-In
You did it! You made it through your first 6 weeks!
Let’s sit down and review your goals and highlight the progress you have made along the way. We will re- measure your baseline, and note the improvements in your workouts and body composition. The main focus of the 6-week check-in is to make sure you are creating sustainable habits. This is where will will help coach you through any struggles, and turn them into strengths.
Committing to something for 6 weeks is absolutely amazing!
But, we want to help you continue on further.
Yes you will see great results in 6 weeks, but we want the momentum and results to keep coming your way.
After the first 6-weeks, if we need to help prescribe to you a new plan we will. But, most likely we will help you to continue what you’re doing because you’re already seeing such great results.
