Want to lose weight? Do these 3 things first
Depending on who you are, your body composition, and your genetics, losing weight can be tricky.
We’ve helped our gym community lose a total of over 900 pounds in 2023.
So its safe to say we have some experience helping clients lose weight!
From all of this experience, we have found 3 things that have worked across the board for all of our clients.

If you want to lose weight, do these 3 things:
Set a 90 Day Goal
Focus on a weight that you would like to lose over the course of the next 90 days. Don’t focus on your overall weight loss goal. We want you to look at losing weight in smaller increments, and have more targets along the way.
Pro-Tip: On your weight loss journey, only weight yourself the most one time per week.
Meal Prep Your Lunches

Lunchtime is going the be the most important meal of the day if you’re trying to lose weight.
No matter if you work form home, or work at a 9-5 job, you should prepare your lunch so that you have a healthy meal during the day. This will help you save money by not eating out, and will also save you calories by not eating out. Not only that, but eating lunch will also make sure you don’t binge eat at dinner time because you’re starving from not eating all day.
Schedule 3 Workouts
If you’re just getting started, don’t plan to workout everyday.

Instead: Choose 3 days where you know 100% you can commit to getting to the gym.
This will help you focus on prioritizing your workouts since you’re only allowing yourself certain days and times. Our best clients see their best results working out consistently 3 days per week.
Remember: Change is not made overnight.
It is made by consistently doing the small things that will add up to weight loss overtime.
These 3 things are a snapshot of a sample plan that we help our clients create.
We set a fitness goal, and help structure a plan to reach that goal. And we also look at nutrition and see where we can help.
