Top Tips For Motivation

We are a goal oriented gym, in the sense that we want to know your goals so we can help you get there faster.

We track everything at our personal training studio in West Ashley.

Body weight, body fat, muscle mass, flexibility, and mobility are just some of the things we track for all of our clients.

But, one of the biggest numbers we keep an eye on is adherence to the workout program.

Here are our clients who were in the Hustle Club last month:

We had a new record for August, and had 59 (yes, 59!) clients in the Hustle Club! Compared to July, that was a 25% increase during one of the slowest months for gyms.

We had to know what motivated our members so much, and here are their top tips:

“The number one thing that makes me consistent is how much better I feel after a workout versus how I used to feel when I was ‘just getting by.'”

“I love how I feel about me after a workout.”

“My personal trainer’s commitment to me. There’s no denying how much better I feel, and I look better and have been able to fit into clothes I have not been able to wear in awhile!”

“For me, it’s a combination of things: the community is the best I have been a part of, the trainers make it fun and I always look forward to the next workout, and seeing the results of my hard work has been the biggest motivator! I am more confident in myself now than I ever have been before!”

You might have noticed a similar sentiment among our leader for August: they all feel better after their workout.

It’s true! No matter how unmotivated, tired, or stressed out you are, we guarantee you will always feel better post workout!
