The Real Path To Success
This is what the path to success looks like (extend to infinity).

You’re going to make progress. Then you’re going to backtrack ALMOST to (what feels like) zero again.
Then you’ll make a bit more progress, and then you’ll backtrack ALMOST to the point you were last time.
Progress, backtrack; progress; backtrack.
It’s a never ending cycle in your fitness journey.
But that’s alright! That’s why we’re here at Hustle One Fitness: to help you progress, even when you backtrack.
Here’s why I want you to keep going:
Every time you loop back, you won’t go quite as far backward as before. The loops get smaller.
When you backtrack, and feel like you’re sliding backwards, you will always progress forward because:
- You have developed a consistent workout routine
- You have developed consistent nutrition habits
- You have a support system at Hustle One
- The only thing you need to do to progress forward is show up for your next workout
And you’ll also start to notice that you’re not backtracking quite as often as before.
Many gym-goers get stuck in that first loop forever.
I hear and see it all the time: Start a new program for 30 days, do everything perfectly, then fall off once, and backtrack all the way to zero. Before you find the next fitness trend or diet and repeat the same cycle.
