Schedule Flexibility
We get that you’re busy, so we wanted to create a program that allows you unlimited flexibility to get your workouts done. No more relying on the trainer’s schedule and availability. With Small Group Personal Training, we can help you create routine by scheduling you into time blocks that work best for you.
Begin With Fundamentals
Your first 4 workouts at our personal training studio in West Ashley are 1-on-1 with a trainer. We will help you get started at your own pace, and work on increasing your flexibility and building your core strength. These first 4 Fundamental workouts also help us design your custom workout plan for the future.
Accountability & Community
We schedule your workouts for you and help take the guesswork out of the gym. Each workout, you will be working with a trainer, and we will always be here for you and to help you through your session. We will coach you, show you the proper techniques, and motivate you to continue to work hard.
The extra benefit of Small Group Personal Training is the community you will gain! The other 1-2 people at your session times will also normally be working out at the same time as you. The friendships made out of these sessions will continue on past the gym walls!
6-Week Workout Plan
Getting started and staying committed is the toughest aspect of any fitness and gym routine. Our initial 6-week journey for all of our personal training clients includes touch points, additional help, nutrition and strategy sessions. Our goal is for you to create consistent, sustainable habits through your first 6 weeks.
The initial 6-week program has helped some of our clients lose upwards of 10 pounds, and lose a total of 7 inches in their arms, legs, waist, and hips.
