Breakfast

Lunch
- Canned Tuna/Salmon
- Low/No Sodium Deli Meats
- Healthy Jerky
- Protein Powder
Dinner or when eating out
- Always ask if you can get a grilled piece of fish, chicken, or lean steak with extra veggies.
- Burgers and sandwiches can be served in a lettuce wrap.
- Order extra protein on your salad!
Keep in mind these are just snack ideas, and should be supplemented with high protein meals throughout the rest of the day.
