Congratulations to February’s Member of the Month: Megan K.!

Megan began working out at Hustle One Fitness in West Ashley back in October of 2021.

Her sister, Izzy, was already a member at the gym, so Megan felt right at home in our welcoming environment.

Megan has a sometimes crazy schedule working as an emergency Veterinarian, but she always manages to remain consistent in the gym and keep working towards her goals.

In fact, Megan attended 224 workouts in 2022 and was always at or near the top of monthly attendances every single month. That’s great dedication!

Megan embodies what it means to be a member of Hustle One, and we are thrilled with her strength gains and progress so far!

We cannot be more excited for her to continue to see amazing results and to start 2023 strong!

When did you join Hustle One Fitness?

October 2021

What is your favorite thing about working out?

My mental health benefits – when I am having a stressful or bad day, I can just sweat it out. Working out makes me happy!

What do you do when you are not at Hustle One Fitness?

I enjoy boxing in my garage on occasion, and walking around some of the nature reserves in the Charleston area.

When/How did you realize Hustle One Fitness was the right fit for you?

Before I ever joined! I would accompany Izzy to the occasional Hustle One workout or social event, and I knew that Hustle One was the place I wanted to be.

What is your favorite cheat meal?

Homemade pancakes

What is your favorite movement?

Back squats! Or Burpees. It’s a toss up.

What is something about you that Hustle One members do not know yet?

I can SLAM more than one entire bag of holiday Reese’s in a single sitting. Don’t ask me how I know.

What advice would you give to someone just getting started at Hustle One Fitness? Why should others choose Hustle One Fitness?

Keep with it! Find a class and time that works well for you and stay consistent – the rewards will quickly come after that. That, and embrace the assault bike.

We are so thrilled with Megan’s progress so far!

We love seeing her do great things in the gym, and cannot wait for her to feel and look her absolute best when she crushes her goals!
