crushed the criteria we were looking for, and he continues to excel in all of the categories. He gives everything he has everyday, and asks the coaching staff regularly for help and advice to make sure he’s always improving. His positive attitude finds its way into the gym every day.

What do you do when you are not at Hustle One Fitness?
Wrangle my 3 kids while trying to find time to fish or get out into the woods.
How did you find out about Hustle One Fitness?
Drove past every day on the way to work and asked myself why am I not in there putting in the work?
When/How did you realize Hustle One Fitness was the right fit for you?
What is your favorite movement (ex: Cleans, Running etc)?
I am starting to really enjoy the Olympic lifts mostly because they are all new to me.
What motivates you to stay fit?
My kids. I want them to know Dad’s still got it!
What is something about you that Hustle One members do not know yet?
A younger, fitter version of myself served in the US Navy’s only forward deployed Combat Search &
Rescue Helicopter Squadron and completed 3 tours to Iraq.
What advice would you give to someone just getting started at Hustle One Fitness?
Enjoy the Vibe and put in the work! No one is judging and everyone in there is pulling for you.
What are you working on next?
I have been out of the military for 9yrs and would really like to accomplish pull ups again.
