Nikki came to Hustle One Fitness because she needed structure.
She was working out at another bog box gym, but she was never going, and when she did go- she didn’t know what to do for a workout.
She wasn’t making any progress.
Nikki hired a personal trainer at Hustle One Fitness in West Ashley because she wanted a routine, schedule, and to gain self-confidence.

To say she’s made an incredible change in her first 3 months at the gym is an understatement!
Since joining Hustle One in March 2024, Nikki has:
- LOST 14 pounds!
- LOST 10 inches overall!
- GAINED strength!
- GAINED energy!
- And has a better mental health outlook on her day!
Nikki isn’t doing a revolutionary diet or workout routine.
Nikki isn’t taking weight loss pills or drinking weight loss shakes.
She IS showing up to the gym 3 times per week.
She IS watching what she eats.
She IS doing some extra activity outside of the gym on her off days.
