We HAVE to highlight on of our members who has seen amazing results in the gym: Brittany!
Brittany was on the fence about joining a gym for over a year. Life & work always got in the way, and she always thought she was too busy to work out and commit to the gym.
She finally took the leap, and scheduled a No Sweat Intro to come in, learn about us, and more importantly work with a coach to formulate a game plan and routine for her.
Brittany signed up for our Small Group Personal Training program, and the rest is history!
In six weeks, and Brittany has:
- LOST 2.25″ overall
- LOST over 2.5lbs
- INCREASED muscle mass and strength in her legs and core!

“If you are on the fence about joining, just do it! Hustle One Fitness is a friendly and positive environment where the coaches are there to support you to meet YOUR GOALS! Before your first workout, you’ll sit down and discuss your goals. Then future workouts will be geared towards those goals.
I was nervous to join because of previous injuries that most gyms overlooked or couldn’t/wouldn’t adapt to. I tried to train on my own but kept giving up. However, the coaches take those injuries into consideration with your exercises and make sure to push you, but not beyond your capabilities.
I’m a pretty shy person, but I walk into each session knowing I’ll be greeted with kindness like they are family. Then I leave each session feeling accomplished and motivated for my next workout. If I can do it, so can you! Now that I joined, my only wish was that I didn’t wait so long to start!”
