We just have to shoutout one of our longtime clients: Bethany S.!

In the past 3 weeks, Bethany has made important changes to her lifestyle and nutrition.

These changes have resulted in her losing 8 pounds in less than a month! Incredible!

That changes Bethany has made:

  1. Eliminating alcohol, dairy, and grains.
  2. Reducing added and artificial sugars.
  3. Eating more protein!

One thing that Bethany has been able to keep is one cheat meal per week. This allows her to focus on her nutrition, while also rewarding herself for making great progress.

When asked about her progress so far, here’s what Bethany had to say!

What’s your goal?

To fit into my favorite pair of jeans for a concert in July!

What changes did you need to make?

Consistency in the gym. Discipline with nutrition, and focusing on anti-inflammatory foods.

I eliminated alcohol dairy, and grains. I still have one cheat meal per week! My major focus is on getting enough protein at each meal.

How difficult is it to remain consistent with this new lifestyle/nutrition changes?

There is usually a day or two each week where I want to cheat or am feeling unmotivated. But that’s where the accountability and support of others who are like-minded as me pays off! Lauren and everybody at the gym has been a great support network! And of course, seeing results keeps me hungry for more! Honestly the hardest thing has been eating all of the protein!

What are some wins so far?

I’m not hungry or “snacky” thanks to all of the protein! As a matter of fact, I typically leave food on my plate because I’m so full. I have lost 7 pounds and have more energy and less brain fog! I’ve never stuck with a nutrition plan or diet longer than 2-3 days, and now I’m two weeks in. I feel my self-confidence creeping back!

We are so thrilled that Bethany attended our Goal Seminar, and has found great success with her progress so far!
