Working out consistently, eating minimally processed foods, drinking a lot of water, and sticking with it.

Most of the times you reaching your goals will take a little longer than others. And that’s alright! I would rather have you remain consistent for a long period of time, than get incredible results in 30 days only to back track again.

Reverting back to your norm is always easier than trying to change your habits and lifestyle to become the person you want to be.
