Goal Setting 101
What’s your goal?
It doesn’t have to be run a marathon.
It doesn’t have to be lose 5, 10, or 30 pounds.
Heck, it doesn’t have to do anything with the gym!
But it should be something.
A clear goal is more than a wish. It’s a destination.
Goal setting means aligning the rest of your life with your goal: your thoughts, your actions, and your body will fall into a straight line to reach that goal.
You don’t even need to be 100% full force. We like to prescribe the 80/20 rule with our clients for longterm success and consistent results.
When you decide that you do want to lose weight or build muscle, for example, you begin to think more about what you eat.
You think about the foods you should buy, and you’re more conscious of those decisions.
Working out becomes part of your daily routine, and you begin to feel better.
You are drinking more water, and you keep feeling better.
And then BAM! You start to really see your results and you can almost taste success.
Even if you fall off for a few days, or even a week, the coaches and community at Hustle One have your back to always bring you back to the gym.
Unless you have that clear goal, when you fall off, you might never come back.
The most important aspect to goal setting 101 is defining your goal, when you want to reach that goal, and how you will get there.
It’s easy to come up with a goal, and say that you’ll reach it in 90 days. But, it’s a heck of a lot harder to go out and do it.
That’s why we have been so successful in helping others just like you!
Your first experience with Hustle One is a goal setting session. We dig into your goals, talk about potential challenges, and most importantly make a clear path for you.
We hold you accountable.
We help you stay motivated.
And we always celebrate the wins, no matter how big or small.
A goal is just a dream, until it’s written down and we can help you make it a reality.
