This is a celebration of strength, progress, and all the hard work our community has put in over the past three months during our latest lifting cycle.
Progressive overload is the process of gradually increasing the amount of weight or reps in your workouts to keep challenging your muscles. By progressively lifting heavier, we’ve been training our muscles to adapt, grow stronger, and prepare for bigger challenges.
