Congratulations to June’s Member of the Month: Hailey!

We are thrilled to announce Hailey as member of the month for June!

Ever since Hailey began at our personal training studio in West Ashley back in 2022, she has been non-stop. She began with our Lift+Sweat classes, before stepping it up to do Personal Training for the last 14 months!

Every week, 4 times per week, you can catch Hailey working out in her personal training sessions.

Some of her amazing results include losing 9lbs in January this year!

Hailey is originally from Charleston, SC and works in the medical field in Mt. Pleasant, and is active in hunting, fishing, boating, and all things outdoors. We’re thrilled for her progress so far!

When did you join Hustle One Fitness?

I believe it was back in 2022!

What is your favorite thing about working out?

How good I feel after completing a tough workout.

What do you do when you are not at Hustle One Fitness?

I love spending time outdoors and going camping!

When/How did you realize Hustle One Fitness was the right fit for you?

I realized Hustle One was the right fit for me when I started getting results from the consistency! I love having people check on me if I haven’t been to the gym. Gives me more responsibility to go and keep showing up!

What is your favorite cheat meal?

Chik-Fil-A!

What is your favorite movement?

Power Cleans!

What advice would you give to someone just getting started at Hustle One Fitness?

Something I would say is to not give up. It takes time to see progress but it’s worth it!
