Congratulations to February’s Member of the Month: Renee!
We are thrilled to announce Renee as member of the month for February!
Ever since Renee began at our personal training studio in West Ashley back in August of 2023, she has been non-stop. Every week, 3-4 times per week, you can catch Renee working out in her small group personal training sessions.

Renee has experienced amazing achievements and improvements in strength, conditioning, and her body composition since committing to a workout routine.
She’s a busy, full-time working mom, who still prioritizes her gym time. We know how valuable time is for Renee, so we always make sure she’s working hard and maximizing her time in the gym each week.
We love having Renee at the gym, and cannot wait for her to see even better results this year.

When did you join Hustle One Fitness?
August 2023
What is your favorite thing about working out?
The feeling of getting stronger by hitting PR’s.
What do you do when you are not at Hustle One Fitness?
Eat (healthy, obviously) and sleep.
Favorite thing to do outside of the gym?
Travel! Hoping to do more in 2024!
When/How did you realize Hustle One Fitness was the right fit for you?
Day 1 after my first Fundamentals session! The personal trainers are great, and their commitment to helping me achieve my health/fitness goals is what made me feel right at home.
What is your favorite cheat meal?
Anything pasta 🙂
What is your favorite movement?
Back Squats
What is something about you that Hustle One members do not know yet?
I have horrible hearing and if it weren’t for my hearing aide, I wouldn’t hear half of what you’re saying to me.
What advice would you give to someone just getting started at Hustle One Fitness?
Don’t be scared to take that first step, and don’t get discouraged. Fitness is a journey and your results won’t happen overnight. Stick with it and I promise it will be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make.
