Busy Mom Loses 7 Pounds in 3 Weeks

We want to put the spotlight on one of our personal training clients, Tracey!

Tracey has big goals to reach by her birthday in two months, and she is motivated to get there.

At our gym in West Ashley, Tracey sets aside two days per week for her personal training sessions.

Her personal training workouts are focused on strength training, core, and cardiovascular training.

Having a full-time job and being a mother, she knows she needs to maximize her time as much as possible because of her busy schedule.

The biggest changes Tracey made was in the kitchen, and putting more focus on her nutrition.

As a result, in the past 3 weeks Tracey has lost 7 pounds!

She focused on portion sizes for her meals, and made sure she was eating veggies and protein at every meal.

When it came to the busy work day, Tracey made sure to prepare and pack snacks for the day. Doing this allowed her to have healthy options all day!

And at the end of the day, she began limiting the alcohol she was consuming each week.

These few small changes in her nutrition habits have allowed her to see great results!

When it comes to nutrition and diet, the best thing you can do for yourself is to make sure your nutrition and lifestyle match.

Prepare your food ahead of time.

Don’t eat too much at any one meal.

Always eat veggies at every meal.

And drink plenty of water.

Simple habits like these make a giant difference when it comes to your results.
